Ahead of the Big Bang theory, atheists were saying that the universe had always existed and as a result the Genesis account of creation was wrong. They claimed it was a fact believed by a consensus of scientists. The discovery of the expanding universe showed that they had been incorrect, so they abandoned that theory. A theist (Georges Lemaître) gave them the Big Bang theory which says that every thing suddenly came from nothing at all. The Bible stated that 3000 years ago. Considering that atheists recently came to know the exact same truth, how are they thereby proving the Bible incorrect?
